March Pack Meeting 3/21
Pack Meeting Thursday March 21 6:30-7:45 at Vineyard Ranch in the Outdoor Classroom
Note, we’re meeting in the outdoor classroom. If you park in the front of the school and are approaching the main entrance, the outdoor classroom is on your left, by the first grade wing. We’ll be outside for the whole meeting. We’ll be helping the school with planting some vines for their new outdoor classroom. Due to the potential messy project, uniforms are not required for this meeting. Please wear clothes that are okay to get a bit dirty, just in case. And please bring shovels if you can.
In case of rain on Thursday, please watch your email that afternoon in case we need to change plans.
We will also be doing the Bobcat ceremony for all of our first year Cub Scouts.
Our Pack’s first space derby will be during our May Pack meeting. Kits will be available for pickup/purchase at our March and April meetings. Please see Kristin.
Service Project Graffiti Wipeout Saturday March 23 9-11:30

Please let Rebecca know if you plan to attend, or if you have any questions. The map and parking information is in the link below.
Cub Scout Summer Day Camp
Just a reminder, summer camp registration is now open. We encourage all Scouts to attend. Summer camp is able to offer activities that we just can’t at the Pack level. Scouts have a wonderful time, and get a head start on rank requirements for next year! Please see the linked PDF below for more information and how to sign up.
Cub Scout Summer Day Camp – Essay Contest
To help introduce more Scouts to camp this summer, the Pack is willing to pay for two Scouts to attend the McGimsey Day Camp week of their choice ($130 value; cost of camp only, any extra child care or swim lessons will not be covered by the Pack). To be considered for one of these slots, please have your Scout write an essay describing how they have exhibited one point of the Scout Law this past school year. Essays must be submitted by Friday, April 19 5pm in order to be considered. Submissions can be emailed to Alissa at email@example.com. Please include in the submission your preference of which week of camp to attend.
