We are moving away from Cub Scout Tracker in 2019 to exclusively use Scoutbook for all advancement and award tracking. Parents will now be responsible for the timely entry of their Scout’s completed advancements. Awards for our monthly pack meetings are purchased based on entries in Scoutbook. All advancements should be entered into Scoutbook by the Monday prior to the pack meeting, by 8pm. Completed advancements entered after this time are not guaranteed to be awarded at the pack meeting that week, and will be awarded at the following month’s pack meeting.
Scoutbook is the BSA’s online unit management tool and helps Scouts, parents and leaders track advancement and milestone achievements along the Scouting trail. It includes a calendar where Pack and Den events can be stored for announcement and coordination.
